Meesho is the most significant Indian start-up that has seized backing from Facebook. Earlier in August 2019, Meesho boosted series D funding of $125 million. Meesho has become one of the fastest-growing e-commerce organizations in India. It has the latest Series D Fundraiser of $120 million led by Naspers.

The existing investors’ SAIF, Sequoia, Shunwei Capital, RPS, and Venture Highway competing as well. Facebook also participated in the round and so did Arun Sarin, ex CEO of the Vodafone Group.

Meesho recognized small entreprenuers

In a small meeting, they met some small entrepreneurs who have just realized that how important it is to be recognized in a social platform to run the business. Meesho serves over 5 million people and businesses, inflated $65 million, and accomplished 50X germination within three years.
