Growcify, a Saas Platform, delivers its clientele (business owners, retailers and restaurant owners) with a complete, end-to-end integrated E-commerce solution. The company enables them to go online at very affordable pricing, with their own brand’s mobile app (Android & iOS) and a dashboard to manage orders, inventory, deals, coupons, employees, subscriptions, payment and much more.
Meet the Majestic Founders
Shivam Mishra, the Co-founder & CEO of Growcify, is an Engineer and an MBA. Shivam is also working as a Strategy Consultant. He has 4+ years of diverse experience in MNC, NGOs, and start-ups experience in leading International Projects with clients like IKEA.
Meghraj is a software Engineer with 4+ years of experience handling clients from Ireland, the USA, UAE. He has also worked with Mozilla Foundation for 3+ years as a Mozilla Representative. He is also the author of two books.
Induction of the Idea
Shivam and Meghraj have known each other for over five years and were already running a travel space venture together called Localites, since Sep 2019. The seed for the idea was sown during the start of the pandemic around April 2020 when Meghraj, who also used to take some freelance project, received a couple of requests from business owners to create an e-commerce app for them. Though they quoted what would be on the economic side of the market rate, the business owners found it to be still on the higher side. This feedback made both ponder if they can build something similar to Shopify’s model for the e-commerce app and offer a quality product at an affordable price and came up with the idea for Growcify.
While building this product, they considered the feedback received from different customers and incorporated all the features that any business would require. The process continues till date and basis the feedback and requirements of the customers, the team continues to keep improvising the product and add new features.
Growcify received a grant amount from Emergent Ventures of 10k Euros in November 2020, within just two month of launch of their business!
What do they Offer
Growcify offers services such as-

Their app provided is in their brand, colour theme and nowhere there will be any branding of Growcify.

Retailers’ gets access to Dashboard, where they can manage inventory, sales, transactions, payments, deals, coupons and more.
It helps the retailers to allow their customers to subscribe to their products and receive them on a daily or weekly basis.
Fully Automated SaaS Platform
Currently, to go online, businesses mainly have two options:
- List themselves on aggregator platforms such as Zomato/Swiggy in case of restaurants or Amazon/Flipkart if in retail business. The challenge with them is there is a high commission on each product
- Get their app developed from a software company. The challenge with this option is that firstly it is costly and time taking and secondly, the business owner may need to maintain a team of their own to maintain the tech infra and resolve any issues.
This is where Growcify comes in. It is a SaaS platform with a straightforward sign-up process, and apps are deployed in 24 hours; and the best part is its pricing which is so economical.

- INR 19,999 – For Android and iOS (without hosting)
- INR 24,999 – For Android and iOS (with hosting)
- INR 49,999 – Growcify premium plan. It comes with all essential features with Subscriptions, Personalized SMS Sender ID (if applicable for your country), 24×7 Support and a FREE upgrade to all future features.
Note these are lifetime plans, and from the second year, just an annual maintenance cost of Rs 3,000 is charged. Apart from this, they also have a monthly trial plan for Rs 2,499.
Growcify also provides its clients to ship their products across India via FedEx, Blue Dart, Delhivery and several other logistics partners.
In any business, it is not possible to retain customers automatically. According to the founders, client retention was initially a big challenge for the company. To tackle this, they realised that in the Indian market, along with the product, they will also need to provide services to help them set up their account, at least for the first time.
Into the Future
Growcify is a SaaS model, it is highly profitable and easily scalable, and though it is currently bootstrapped, it is drawing the interest of a few of the large VC houses.
In the coming months, the company intends to add new features like Multivendor and E-commerce website with the prevailing E-commerce App in a couple of months and geographic expansion focusing on the Middle East, south-east Asian countries, including Sri Lanka and Singapore. The company has already received a few requests from companies outside India, and the team is working with them.
